Spring Hill, TN – Beginning today (November 29th, 2021) members of the public or media organizations can submit requests and pay for police public records requests online using this link: https://springhilltn.justfoia.com/publicportal. All available police records such as incident reports, accident reports, patrol car/body-worn camera footage, etc. will be provided using this portal. Users will have the option of receiving the requested information by pick-up at the department, inspection only, US Mail, or by by electronic delivery. Members of the public can still walk-in to the police department and make a records request in-person.
We are not the custodian of records for emergency communications records such as recorded 911 and non-emergency phone calls or computer aided dispatch (CAD) records. Those requests should be submitted to the Williamson County Emergency Communications Department here.
